Poor Neptune…this whole ordeal is really doing a number on him. As for Seto…well at least he is finally admitting fault but it wasn’t nice of him to slap poor Neptune. I don’t advise hitting people when they’re having a panic attack, it’s just mean. But Seto (if you haven’t noticed) doesn’t have very good manners.
