Everyone makes mistakes, even parents. My mom really didn’t think they’d beat the crap out of each other when she put them in the same tank for less than two minutes, but it happened. I guess the pet store didn’t warn her that the fighting fish will actually fight. That isn’t the only thing the pet store didn’t tell us. See how Chang is in a small cup in the last panel?? That was his tank. Yeah…they really make you think bettas like those tiny cups. Truth is, they don’t. This will be a topic I’ll elaborate more on later in another story. Yes I realize Chang looks an awful lot like Seto. He really did look like Seto but with different colors. I wish I had a picture of him, but sadly I don’t. I didn’t have a camera when I was 10. I think I was 10 when I got Chang…or I was 9…it was too long ago to remember T_T
